Keep my school in your prayers please. The healing is far from over. Frankly the reality still hasn't set in.
I'm tired of telling the story, tired of comparing notes, tired of closing my eyes and seeing swat teams, tired of the media claiming they have the latest news, tired of the gun protesters, tired of seeing my campus on tv, tired of explaining how many yards my building is from the shootings, tired of hurting because someone violated us.
But I've never been more proud of my community. God bless N.I.U.
