Since last I posted ...
Middle son was in a car crash. Car was completely trashed, it wasn't his fault, and the guy who slammed into him is an asshole.
I had 5 days off in a row.
I got bit by a parakeet.
I maintained my weight loss despite having 5 days off.
Um ... and that is about it. Exciting no?
