made a coworker cry ...
One of the two people I'm training went on partial revision today. She started to cry when I told her and asked if I was sure.
I told her I'll still be checking a few things and always available to answer questions or give help for as long as we are both here.
She continued to cry, only she was smiling through her tears. She thanked me over and over for teaching her so well and making her feel able to do the work.
Definitely a success story, from both sides of the fence!
