she cried again!

I have to add this as an update to the previous update.

When my trainee's supervisor came back from work she showed her the sheet I gave her with the "release" from revision on it (that she made me sign & date!) She was telling her how amazing it was to her, but she's kind of scared that she'll be making her own decisions. She then told her "but I know I've been trained good so I can do it!"

And then she started crying again and told her supervisor how happy she was. At that point I went over because I wanted her to hear me tell her supervisor that she IS ready for this step. She thanked me again, thanked her supervisor, and afterwards her supervisor talked to me. She said this was REALLY fast for training, but if she is getting it, that's great. It took about 2 1/2 months and often it takes over 6 months.

Today I am very proud of myself. I'm very proud of being able to teach others the complexity of this job and have them like it!

Awesome, simply awesome!
